Mike and Bogden came out to check the issue we were having with intermittent power across a 4-unit apt. building. They efficiently identified the potential problem. Also, I needed to connect with Comed first, and they provided a clever approach to get the utility to respond promptly. I was very pleased with the guidance, the consultation and, most importantly, a fix to a vexing problem. All done within 24 hours, too.

Hired them to get an idea of updating costs before buying a house. They were right on time at 9am. Bogdan and Mike went through all the concerns on the inspection report and they're going to send a quote on what to do immediately and so on. It wasn't as bad as they'd seen and it wasn't horrible in general. Sometimes people lead you to believe the sky is falling, and I'm glad that isn't the case. These guys are upfront and honest. That's a big deal in a world where it's hard to even get people to show up at any specific time or answer the phone. I paid 175.00 for their estimate and I very much got my money's worth. They said they'd put 175.00 to the service work after we close. Which is more than fair. Thanks, Mike and Bogdan. I won't hesitate to call you first.

I had Electric Castle run a higher AMP line for an electric vehicle charging station from my main electrical panel to my garage. Of all the firms I spoke with, they were the most responsive. They offered, and tried to pursue, lower cost alternatives prior to having to take the higher cost, but most effective, route. I appreciated their straightforward honesty, fairness and responsiveness, The work they did was extremely well done and they took great care to minimize the unavoidable impact to my flowerbeds and paver patio due to a trench that needed to be dug. Highly recommended.
