I chose to work in this industry because understanding the challenge of finding reliable cleaning services and the importance of improving the environment for future generations, I, as a committed wife and mother motivated by my love for my family, founded EcoGreen Solutions. My goal was to offer innovative, eco-friendly cleaning solutions to help both individuals and businesses contribute to a healthier planet. How is the cost of my cleaning determined?

Based on recurring clean services, the cost is tailored to the time it takes to complete a regular clean, any pre-approved changes that are discussed at the time of your estimate, and the frequency we clean your home. The price will also depend on the square footage of your home, condition, and other factors such as homeowner’s maintenance in between cleanings, remodeling to the home, added furniture, number of people, pets, and clutter. We can also add-on specialty services to your regular cleaning plan for an extra charge like, interior cleaning of a fridge, freezer, and/or an oven, changing bed linens, or HOCL disinfecting services. Clients can login to their client hub to submit a request for new work or to request add-on work as needed.

One Time Interior House Cleaning

Hired for a one-time deep clean. Overall the service was very mediocre. The price was high and one of the cleaners did little more than wave a duster. Showers were inadequately cleaned. Floors were not well cleaned. It was not good enough to hire them again, and the pricing was bad. For the price and quality, we did not rehire for ongoing cleaning. They showed up for an appointment that we did not make and did not want because of the poor initial quality of the deep clean. When I told them we didn't need the house cleaned, they left but charged me for the service on the credit card I had previously used. As far as I am concerned, this is essentially stealing money. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! Very disappointed.

Our goal is to deliver top-notch service, and it's disappointing to learn about your dissatisfaction, particularly six weeks after the service date. The service you had was part of a regular maintenance schedule, not a deep cleaning, for your 5900 sq. ft. residence. Our team was supposed to clean your house on December 30, 2024, but they were unable to gain access, resulting in charges. An email reminder was viewed on December 25, 2024, but we didn't receive any cancellation notice from you. We aim for effective scheduling and fair compensation for our staff. An invoice was sent for clarification, and we've since incorporated more reminders about our cancellation policy. Your feedback is valuable to us for making improvements, so thank you once again!

The significant dust from months of neglect and a recent bathroom renovation added to the challenge (which you didn't mention until our arrival). We always strive to please our clients with a detailed cleaning service, emphasizing our commitment to detailed cleaning without cutting corners. Oftentimes, clients expect a quick cleaning service. However, if we offer a quick cleaning service, it won't be detailed. In providing a detailed cleaning, it will not be quick.

I have always been afraid to hire a cleaning service due to severe allergies to cleaning products. I found Eco green and their non toxic green philosophy and products. Iâ ve now been using them over a year and could not be happier!!!! Orethea is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
