Hired the architect and engineer to design an addition to our house. The drawings were of poor quality and confusing. The city of Los Angeles building inspector called the plans â the worst drawing he has ever tried to decipher. We had to go back to the architect for corrections to confusing measurements several times. Ex. The addition is supposed to have a finished ceiling at 8 feet. Plans had one page with the ceiling at 10 feet and the other with 9. Being able to set the measurements on a 16 x 16 x 8 room seemed too hard for the designer. Our contractor was amazed at the incompetence of a designer/architect who would allow such poor workmanship. We were very lucky to have an excellent contractor and city inspector who were willing to work around poor plans and save us thousands of dollars in re-drawings that the ESL customer service representative told us would charge to correct their measurement errors.

Eran did a wonderful and excellent remodeling job of our complete kitchen remodeling. He is very focused, detailed-oriented and very responsive. All of that come into place specially when this is our first-time remodeling project. His experience was very noticeable during his daily visits throughout the work (designing, select and order materials) and getting through many challenges as they pop-up. His passion for his profession is clear reflection of how gorgeous the work came out and it flattered by his skills and creativity which added lots of confidence as we crossed the remodel. We consulted with Eran before we recently purchased a house. Because the house was a contractor flip we wanted to feel positive about the quality of the work that was done. On extraordinarily short notice, Eran made time for us so that we could schedule his visit with the inspector that was expected to arrive. Eran was fantastic! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and thorough, he not only gave us his assessment of the place but still collaborated with the home inspector to make sure nothing was missed. We were so happy he was there. We cannot recommend him enough. If you need some structural engineering contracting done, obviously call Eran.

We have worked with Eran on multiple occasions on the remodel of our home in Walnut. Heâ s been instrumental in providing us with options, drawings and calculations for things like shear walls, load bearing beams over open spaces, stairs, cantilevered decks, etc. Basically all the stuff we needed to both get our permits approved and feel confident that our house wasnâ t going to collapse around us after construction. As other reviewers have said, he is creative, expert, super responsive, easy to talk to and comes highly recommended.

Eran is very professional, and easy to work with. He helped us retrofit my parentsâ home. We had no understanding of all the regulations in Los Angeles County and the cityâ s ordinance, and Eran was incredibly knowledgeable, with all of this expertise, which made the process stress free! He managed the whole process and we are very happy with the final product, and would definitely recommend Eran!

We worked with Eran to design and get permits for a master bedroom and bath addition to our 2 story home. Eran is incredibly knowledgeable of the local requirements and permitting process. He explained the process and our options thoroughly and always kept us updated along the way. He is extremely proactive and kept the project on schedule. He even helped us complete the permitting of something that was not properly registered by the previous owner of our home. Eran also helped us find the fantastic contractor who is currently flying through construction! We would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to others.

We had a great experience working with Eran. He is a professional and is an expert in his field for our specific project, he handled all the structural work for the seismic retrofit and when my architect had a melt down, he even stepped in and took on that responsibility too. He collaborated with us and we spent the time to understand our needs and where we wanted to take the project. He made our life much easier by getting the building permits and worked with the planning department and the inspectors. Invaluable. We look forward to working with him in our next phase and would recommend him for future work.

I am a homeowner who did my own home remodeling architectural design. Even though I had architect degree, but I had never done any project in Los Angeles. As everybody knows, Building and Safety has tons of regulations to follow, which made the permitting process especially difficult. I was so lucky to work with David, my structural engineer, who is very sharp, knowledgeable and hardworking. Not only did he deliver his structural design on time but also he guided me through with all details of my architectural plan. He is very responsive and generous about sharing his knowledge. It was such a surprise when David got me the permit over the counter from the city office with only one attempt, which expedited my remodeling project timeline for at least two months. Definitely recommended!!

David and his team did a great job with the drawings for our room addition remodeling project. We added a large section to the back of the house and created a 1 bedroom and a bathroom room with a small kitchen. David came up with comprehensive blueprints for the entire remodeling project, and he also generated a great 3D renderings of the addition for us. He also got for us all the permits from the city.
