We were satisfied with our previous contractor who remodeled our master bathroom but this time he wasn’t available to do it due to some family reasons and we wanted to remodel the rest of the bathrooms including the kitchen so we started to make our research and to find a good contractor. Our neighbor hired ESL Designs recently, and he showed us his remodeled bathroom and it was amazing, so we asked for the phone number of ESL Designs. We called them and spoke to the office staff who were very nice to us. He was able to schedule the meeting with David and to start the work within a week and a half after. The price was fair, and we hired them. The remodeling project took 8 weeks, which was within a promised time frame. They did a very good job, and the quality of all the finished products were at highest level and it looks beautiful. We truly can’t ask for more. Very Professional contractor, we will recommend and hire their service again–for sure!

For my kitchen remodeling project, we did a good research about who can do that work on the best side and at fair price and from all the ones that we liked what we saw and met with; we received estimates and compare them one with the other. From the final 4 companies, at the end we hired Eran and ESL Designs. Eran did an amazing job and was with us at each stage of the progress. We have a large space of potential kitchen. Eran was able to create a stunning kitchen using most of the space while still giving it an open space feeling. Before and during the work, Eran was always able to provide us with many great ideas that just improved the design of the kitchen and followed through. We will use him again for future projects.

We had a great experience with Eran. He was present, ran the job on time, did some good quality work and was very responsive throughout the process. They also kept the job site well organized and cleaned after every workday there. Which was not a small achievement. It was really a pleasure to work with him and see his team in action. And everyone in his team was equally friendly and a real pleasure to work with. So much that they changed my vision on contractors: I now believe it is possible to find a contractor that cares. Even if Eran is too busy to take on a job, I would recommend waiting until he has time, definitely worth the extra time!

Eran and his amazing team completed a master bathroom and walk-in wardrobe remodel a few months ago. They did an incredible job, with the highest level of quality and professionalism. It really emphasized how amazing Eran and team are! We wonâ t ever do another remodel with anyone other than Eran. Mind you, after this recent experience, I donâ t ever want to do another remodel again. Period!

Simply awesome experience. Great work, reasonable pricing, fast and great customer service. When a few other companies would not return our calls, not only did ESL Designs return our call, they had someone on our job site same day to get the process started. Will definitely use again! ESL Designs was amazing to work with. I had called a few other structural engineers, and they all said they were 5-9 weeks out in terms of availability. ESL Designs came out the next day and completed a structural inspection in a very professional manner. They also followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with their work and to see if I understood everything. This was the second time Iâ ve used them and Iâ ve now told my friends about them. Highly recommend! Eran and Guliano were great to work with.

Eran quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a load bearing structure of my home. He sent his structural engineer to determine if the structure was a load bearing problem. The engineer was able to determine 100% that it was not a load bearing structure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs structural engineering solutions.

We had a difficult case that COVID made even more difficult to evaluate. After speaking with Eran, I was ready to grasp what I can do next. I would highly recommend calling ESL Designs for a virtual consult. Do not wait until COVID is over. Your home is everything. Do not risk permanent damage if you believe something is wrong. Discuss it with trained specialists who know what they are talking about.

Eran from ESL Designs helped us with ADU design, drawing and permit submittal. They are easy to communicate with and great to work with. Eran has a lot of knowledge of design ADU to meet our requirements. We had many phone calls, office visit and in site visits with Eran and his team before signing the contract. Everything was laid out clearly and Eran made sure I won’t have any surprises throughout the project. We had in person discussion with Eran to finalize the building set. Eran submitted and followed up with the city on permit review. Overall, good experience. Will recommend to my friends in the future for ADU design.

As an investor who buys properties oftenâ ¦ I am always in a search for a reliable, honest, capable and nice people to work with. Eran and his crew at ESL Designs are one of the best contractors that I came across recently and now I know that if they will get involved in any other remodeling project with meâ ¦ they will do it on the best side and without any delays or issues that canâ t be solved. The reason for my that caused me to hire them was to remodel a new investment house that I purchased recently and that required the remodeling of the bathrooms, small repairs in the kitchen and hallways, including some improvements in the front of the house. Eran has a large experience in the industry and he proved his design skills to be perfect for what I needed. In my industryâ ¦ itâ s hard to find someone that have a great knowledge, ideas, solutions and design experience.
