ER Tree Service

ER Tree Service performed exactly as expected. Removed a huge messy tree in a difficult city location. Tree was overhanging multiple roofs, fences, power lines and neighbors' properties. ER arrived as scheduled. Removal team understood what was to be done; and worked efficiently and safely. Cleanup was complete. We would use them again.

Communication very hard started out told me be there to give estament ,never showed no phone call nothing .did get ahold of them come next day said would be there next week .that ended up couple weeks ,can say weather could been some of reasons, never update you after giving you dates have to keep texting and calling may get a reply , they done the job ,cleaned up left all was great was kinda surprised while cutting they just was cutting large chunks from top to bottom just letting them drop to ground after telling them leech field right there [ hopefully all good . Then I was out raking the chips off where stump was under chips found still a lot they missed , been calling and texting about everyday .1st couple times said will be back next week no show ,then said weekend, again no show now calls or messages of what day or time , so again I been calling and texting no replies, and don't answer phone

ER TREE SERVICE came on schedule totally prepared for the job. They cut down the trees with efficiency and cleaned up despite the rain storm, all for a reasonable price. A great professional company. I will hire them again.

We had a triple trunk, huge silver maple in our back yard that needed to come down. Its location made access and removal tricky. We started this project 3 years ago and waited for someone to actually keep their promise of showing up to do the job. In total, we had spoken to 8 Tree Service Companies, but they kept ghosting us, and we determined they just didn’t want the job. Finally we found ER Tree Services. Edwin was great at communicating with us, agreed to remove our tree within 2 weeks and kept his word. His team showed up on time, went right to work and masterfully took down this huge tree. The workers were professional, polite and careful in the falling of the tree and the removal of all the debris. Our backyard look great when they finished their clean-up. Several neighbors reached out, saying how amazed they were watching this crew work with such skill and synchronicity. We absolutely can’t say enough positive things about Edwin and his team. They are the only Tree Service we would ever recommend

These guys are the best. They came when they said they would, gave us a great price, did the work as promised and cleaned up the yard. All the guys were wonderful and I really appreciated the work they did for us. Would use them again and highly recommend them.
