Excellent company, responsive, expert trimmers, stellar cleanup. Would give them higher than 5 stars if I could. Really happy. Will call them back to finish the rest of removal. Wouldn't consider another company now.

I work for a major GC in the DC area and do not usually write reviews, but it is unusual anymore to get the level of service that ER Tree Service provides. I needed a wind sheared tree removed before seasonal high winds brought down more of it. They provided a written quote and had the best price that included stump removal and cleanup. At time of estimate they gave an approximate date the following week and called the day before to confirm. I had a 60' wind damaged pine tree in the back yard and 2 20' trees rubbing the side of my house. When they had not arrived by 10AM I started to have misgivings. I called and was informed then that we were the second job on the schedule for the crew that day and they should be there about noon. The crew arrived before 12:30 and immediately set to work. By 4:00 they had all 3 trees down, the last of the stumps was being finished, limb chipping was complete, the yard was raked and the street was in process of being cleaned. I did landscape and tree work thirty years ago. I can tell you this crew was extremely proficient and capable. Two weeks later I hired them to take down an additional 3 trees that were damaging my driveway and foundation and presented landing issues due to power lines and proximity to my and my neighbor's houses and garage. They just left having done another great job (although the stump grinding was not completed due to an equipment issue / damaged hydraulic line - to be completed Sunday) and were headed to my son's house to remove a dying tree in his yard. So as you can see, I would use ER again and have already and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. The only negative comment from my dealings so far, I wasn't informed that I shouldn't expect a crew until the afternoon for the first job. I wish that was the worst I could say about all the contracting companies I deal with daily.

Reasonable and best pricing compared to all other Quotes. They brought all high powered quality equipments and provided us with a high quality service. From estimation to completion everything went flawlessly. I would strongly and personally recommend ER Tree Services. I have saved the ER Tree Services contact info for all future tree services.
