Jim did an excellent job on my kitchen tiles. He Provided top notch service, I will definitely be using Jim for my future projects!!!! Update, posted before job was done. Had to replace my kitchen floor tiles that cost $2800.00. Jim does not know what he's doing.

I'm disappointed that in 5 years after the job was completed, I was not contacted about any concerns with the tile installation. Had I received a call, email, text, anything.......I would have made every effort to correct any deficiencies. The original review was, in fact, submitted after the job was completed in February 2012, then updated recently, 5 years later. I have done hundreds of tile installation jobs over the years using many methods, i.e. mortar bed, hardibacker, cement board, self leveling cement, Schluter system, KBRS, TileRedi, etc. The most important thing is that I have ALWAYS taken care of any concerns if they are brought to my attention. I cannot comment on the exact situation, as I was not contacted or made aware of any concerns. Communication is the key to both our successes.

Jim went above and beyond the scope of this project. And now that it is finished I can't say that I would change any thing. He also helped coordinate the other trades to get the job done on time. I would definitely call him in on any other project

Jim was excellent. The bathroom remodel came out very nicely. He was low key and easy to work with. He was on time and started the job quickly. He did very good quality work. We couldn't be happier! We certainly will have Jim back to do our next tile or bathroom project!!

Jim of Dynamic Renovations renovated our shower area and fixed an existing water issue. He was very helpful and addressed all of our concerns. He arrived on time, was very neat and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. We are very satisfied with his work, would recommend him to potential customers and we plan on him completing the rest of the bathroom renovation in the near future. Well Done!

Jim is a most pleasant individual to work with. He was always a phone call away and responded to all our questions in a timely fashion. We did have several issues with the plumbing and tile work but in the end everything looks very nice. I have worked with other contractors in the past and for the money Jim is on par with any of them. I would certainly recommend him and, if needed, use his services in the future.

We did encounter a couple of issues with materials. The shower valve we purchased from Home Depot was missing the lock ring, when we turned the water on, the valve shot out and water leaked. Fortunately, there was no resulting damage. Also the thinset we originally purchased for the shower floor, did not set up correctly and after three days was still soft. We took everything out and started again. In the end, everything worked out great.
