The bathroom remodeling job Jim performed for us recently was excellent on all fronts and most satisfactory. We knew he was the perfect contractor for the job almost immediately when we spoke to him on the phone and described our needs. Our initial water leakage problem was diagnosed the next day followed by a written estimate via e-mail the day after that. The written estimate was extraordinary in its scope and consisted of a thoroughly detailed breakdown of the various costs for the job. One would be hard-pressed to find a more professional rendering for a proposed home renovation. The turnaround time for the job was truly amazing. In just 4 days, Jim had redone virtually our entire main bathroom. One of the major tasks included the removal of the tub and toilet to access a seriously water damaged floor for replacement. We call him "the magician" as he was able to come up with astonishing solutions to resolve each and every issue he encountered as the job progressed. Overall, Jim is a seasoned professional who has proven he can handle any type of home improvement. The work he did for us was marvelous and we couldn't be happier. He will be our contractor for life.

Jim from Dynamic Renovations was on time, trustworthy, did what he promised and MORE. Jim was contracted to do one bathroom, and ended up doing BOTH upstairs full baths. They are beautiful and came in under budget.

Jim replaced our deck this past summer (2017). He is very professional and reliable. The deck was completed on schedule, which was a pleasant surprise.
