Jim communicated thoroughly whenever I had questions. He also offered options for me to choose from when the item I selected was discontinued/no longer stocked. He actually did two bathrooms at two different locations for me - both turned out beautiful and exactly how I had envisioned.

Jim (and Rob) just finished a deck repair for us last week (Jan 11, 2019). From start to finish Jim was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jim was quick to respond to our questions, provided a lot of detail and explanations when we requested it (and we did have a lot of questions!). The contract price was very reasonable. Jim never left us hanging if we needed a follow-up on something - his return calls were always fast. The contract was the best we've seen, with all the detail we expected in there. Jim and Rob came to the job on the dates/times they committed (even in the coldest of conditions in January). We requested permits for the work, which Jim also managed. The job was done really well, on time and passed inspection with zero issues. I would recommend Jim and Rob for any deck related job - such integrity! THANKS
