Jim and his team were efficient and true professionals. Jim was so helpful and thorough in the decision making process. His crew worked non stop and were very respectful of my property. Jim made sure I was happy with the end result. The whole experience could not have gone better. The deck is beautiful.

It was an easy process. We called for information because we were considering enlarging the deck, and switching to composite from wood. Once meeting with Jim, we decided to do the project, and didn't call anyone else. He helped with the plans, permits, and all aspects of the project. The crews working on the deck were professional and well skilled. They would asked me every morning, "do you have any questions?" I like that. The scheduling time was not bad, about six weeks to start, and two weeks to finish. I will also mention that I have worked in construction for decades. However, I didn't want to do this project myself. Having Jim and his crew do it was a wise decision. I will also mention that this deck is eleven feet up from the ground. The ground in that location is at the top of a 35 foot retaining wall. So the site conditions were a little challenging. But no problem for Jim and crew. I am now planning my next deck project. Dynamic Renovations is OUTSTANDING! Jim (the owner) and his crew exceeded our expectations. My wife and I had our old deck removed and a new Trex deck installed. Jim provided a fair competitive price and the finished deck looks absolutely amazing! Jim helped with the permits and all 3 inspections as well so I did not have to deal with my town. He and his crew were prompt and completed our deck MONTHS in advance. I am so glad we worked with Jim and his crew for our deck. I Highly recommend him!!

All I can say is â ¦ Wow!! Jim and his crew worked like an automated machine lineâ ¦ from permits to last minute adjustments they made it happen perfectly. They were always on time and even worked in the rain. I had my wood deck converted to Trex and then connected to my above ground pool. I never covered the pool during construction and nothing dropped in the pool. They were so clean (picked up after themselves every day) and cared about our opinions and extra recommendations. They even were able to accommodate add-ons last minute. Highly recommend!!! Love my new deck!!!

Jim was very quick to respond, very quick with coming out, and very efficient with replacing my deck. He did my deck in 3 days and it looks great. He was very fair with the price and beat most competitors. I highly recommend him and his company
