Duct Doctor of Tri Cities

This is a rental unit with a VERY old system. The air ducts had never been cleaned in probably over 35 years! Jordan was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He stated it was an easy system to work on, cleaned up everything he touched and made a recommendation for controlling more dust. The place smells clean and I am very pleased with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Duct Doctors.

Very thorough and professional. The technician also pointed out other items where we could improve our system and/or reduce costs. The pricing was a little steep, but we got a good job.

Mike and Jordan were fantastic. They were prompt in getting out here to clean my air conditioning system, vents and ducts. My house smells so much better and I feel better knowing that we are not breathing in the junk that was in my vents and ducts.

Very prompt and professional. Seemed to do good job cleaning out dryer vent but only time will tell. Dryer vent had been cleaned by another company before but it did not last long before dryer began having water condensation/smell.

Did a good job with a more difficult system not cleaned for many years.The only thing a little unexpected was the cleanup under all of the registers removed from the ceiling (both supply and return). Things could have been covered before hand. Otherwise the job was done by a very good experienced tech, that wasted no time. Thanks

We were extremely impressed with the thorough cleaning job. Vents were washed outside. All the air ducts, trunk lines, and even the air handler were thoroughly cleaned. Our allergies & asthma has certainly improved. I definitely recommend Duct Doctors to everyone to breath healthier clean air. Mike and Jordan are very professional.

Jordan M. the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions without hesitation and had manners and class. He was here for five hours and worked non-stop. I hope his supervisor recognizes his strong work ethic and realizes what an asset Jordan is to his company. I gave customer service and value for the money an average because I had no exposure to either cumsomer service or duct cleaning services in the area.

Mike was very prompt and courteous. He went out of his way to check my other vents in addition to the dryer vent. I am going to use him again to clean my entire duct system.

Did an excellent job, certainly exceeded our expectations. We have requested a return call to have our ducts cleaned again. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting a cleaner healthier indoor environment.

Very professional. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike put on shoe covers before entering the house. He also cleaned up in the laundry room where he was working.I definitely would use this company again.
