Duct Doctor of Tri Cities

Mike and Jaren from Duct Doctors did an incredible job. They were both extremely knowledgeable in regards to the importance of keeping the duct work clean. The most essential part of living is breathing, so why not make the air we breath as clean and healthy as possible? Mike took his time and ensured every vent in the house was cleaned to perfection. He even took out and washed each register individually. After Mike and Jaren finished they showed me the compartment in the back of the truck where all the dust/debris goes from the vacuum system they use to suck out the ducts. I was shocked to see how much dust, dirt, pencils, kids toys and numerous other objects that came out of the ducts. This is a service that every home in America needs to improve quality of living. I will certainly use this service again in 3 to 5 years as recommended.

Outstanding service! Mike was on time and very professional. He was also very thorough and detail oriented. He explained what he was doing during each step of the process. I was also very impressed with the clean up after he was done. He was especially careful when working in my crawl space, which I had just had encapsulated. Exceeded expectations. Ducts had not been cleaned in several years. Mike was outstanding. Explained each part of the process and how it would impact the system. Identified a couple of issues and took the time to explain in detail.

Fantastic job. We bought our house 3 years ago and it is 16-17 yrs. old and I doubt that the vents had ever been cleaned. They were on time, very professional and friendly. Price was right and in less than 3 hours they were done and the ducts look almost new. Plus our house smells amazing. You may find someone cheaper but are they using a vacuum truck outside or an old shop vac? These guys are professionals and you get what you pay for. I will recommend Mike to anyone and we will be using them in the future.
