When you make appointments for work to be done at your home, one of the most stressful aspects is the actual show-up time versus the scheduled appointment time. Using a personal expectation of plus or minus 15 minutes, I give Duct Doctor a 100% rating by hitting that window. They guys worked very efficiently making every move count. This allowed them to do a great amount of work in a relatively short period of time. The quality of their work was exceptional. In addition to their expertise, the equipment used (especially the truck mounted vacuum system) allowed them to do a much better job than those using less powerful equipment. The personalities of the crew were outstanding. It is always better to let people into your home that you like. When they left, I felt like I had known them for a very long time even though we had just met. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
