Showed up at my house within minutes on a hot summer night to restore my AC. Was able to fix the problem within minutes while two other companies told me my compressor was gone. Very Knowledgeable, honest and fair. I have found my HVAC guy.

Sheldon arrived promptly and very courteous. My hot water boiler needed to be bled. I could not get heat to the third floor unit. I tried bleeding boiler myself previously with no prevail. Sheldon gave me a price over the phone to get the heat going. Sheldon changed a faulty valve that prevented proper bleeding of the system. Sheldon kept his word on the price although he had to do more work than expected to get the job done. A fair price for the work performed. I will definitely call him again for future repairs and refer him as well.

Very professional, Responded to several queries on time, made no elaborate and unnecessary estimates and provided a solution that was best value for money among 4 other estimates. Sheldon also tested the work using instrument measurements to assure us that the work actually improved the air flow which was a concern for us. Excellent work!

I would hire them again for any other heating issue that I may have in the future. The technician was very professional , knowledgable and prompt. I had an initial consultation; they diagnosed the problem, explained the next step, and gave me an estimate. They even used some spare parts I had remaining from a previous boiler repair, this kept my cost down. They were very affordable and within fair market value. They did additional courtesy service on the boiler; which was outside of the job I paid for. My furnace was repaired quickly and is running very well. Thank you Dimatic Control!

Super job got my furnace up and running fast. The best part though was that Sheldon the tech told me that my furnace was in good shape for a 16 year old unit, while 2 other companies (who were also recommended by Home Advisers) told me that I had to replace my furnace; one of which said I will not make any repair because there was far too many problems and the unit was too old. Too many scammers in this field Will be using and recommending to all my friends Dimatic Control LLC!!!
