Other companies come to take a look, Shelton from Dimatic Controls comes to fix the problem. My problem with the furnace was not an easy fix, but Shelton found solutions. Several other companies came to take a look, all recommended replacing the furnace. I have a auto mechanical background myself, so I appreciate a good mechanic. When people came in with a bad water pump, I didn't tell them to replace the car. Shelton completed the job, made several other repairs we didn't discuss and left my furnace and surrounding area clean for a very fair price. I'm done calling the big companies!

Sheldon was extremly nice and very responsive to my inquiry. When I booked thru HA, he called right away to say that the date was not going to work but could we do it this week (when the weather was much better - an issue for AC). He explained and showed me everything and what needed to be done. He also unearthed some very dangerous wiring so it was great he was so thorough.
