I called and was able to make an appointment immediately - which was great. Sheldon is fantastic; he was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He had to come back the next day to install a new part and once again was prompt, courteous and able to answer all questions. I would highly recommend Dimatic to anyone.

The technician was very knowledgable, pleasant and explained his process. He even took the time to check related systems. He was systematic and patient. Sheldon was the tech who visited my home. The work was very affordable. I will surely use them again.

I am fully satisfied with the service provided by the company. Sheldon is very professional, nice and honest. Unlike many others that only takes an hour to diagnose, he actually takes quite a bit of time to fully understand and diagnose the problem. I was initially told by other company that my furnace needs to be replaced, but Sheldon did different diagnose and fixed it properly with little cost. I will recommend him to anyone who wants honest and through technician.

Sheldon - the technician - was competent and friendly and stuck around to understand and explained some unusual behaviors of the furnace. Had to change a thermo coupler.
