I have never had better service than I did with William (Billy) Gregg of Diamondback LLC. He came to every appointment we had when he said he was coming and always communicated with me about what was happening. The men who did the painting were great, fast, efficient workers and totally cleaned up everything before they left. The house looks beautiful! I highly recommend Diamondback Home Improvement LLC. I give them the highest marks that can be given.

I am writing this review with such a great pleasure to endorse and to appreciate Diamondback Home Improvement and it’s co-owner William (Billy) Gregg. What a fantastic experience we have had with Billy! From very first phone call, I had a feeling that I am speaking to a business professional who is truly caring, considering, patient and highly articulated. It was no sales pitch what do ever, even when Billy came to our house to do a walk true providing us with a free of charge estimate. When Billy came, I was so impressed with his professionalism, his kindness and the knowledge about important things regarding house maintenance. He was very attentive to the tiny details during inspection of our house, pointing on things we didn’t know and the importance of preserving our biggest lifetime investment. Billy walked around our property like he would look over at his own, literally every corner addressing and explaining the importance to keeping them in good condition. What was truly impressive, is that he had not tried to up-sell his company’s services. Billy had humbly mentioned that these those things will be included into his quote. That was a so refreshing and do different, comparing with other companies we had invited to give us their estimate. It was a three companies we have invited who also had a great reputation, but it was no comparison what so ever with Billy. He has educated us, came to our property a second time to make a selection of the painting and the work that being done is ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR! Family owned business with three generations, who are truly focused on quality of the work they do and caring about their customers like their family. Wish I could give a 10 STARS REVIEW! William and his crew did a very professional job, quality workmanship, the price was very reasonable and everything was well communicated before they started the job, I would highly recommend Diamondback home improvements.
