The state my carpet was in is indescribable. It is 16 years old and had been neglected by my child. There were both soda spills and pet stains in their bedroom. I had considered replacing the carpet because the smell had begun to permiate the entire house, but I chose to see what carpet cleaning would do and I am so glad I did. Although nothing can truly remove red soda or set in pet stains, the before and after was so transformative! The carpet weft was no longer mashed together and the lingering order was completely gone! The work was done quickly and effectively so my entire day was not occupied despite having 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase done. I will use this company again and have already recommended them to friends. Every staff member I worked with was beyond professional. Additionally, they called back to follow up and ensure I was still statisfied with the completed job. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again!

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service. I really like that the carpet does not get soaked and still got very clean. Spots were removed and carpet looks like new. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

We had a very positive and pleasant experience with Barb and Phil. Barb was very accommodating with scheduling our appointment. At the time, we were juggling several projects and had to do a little scheduling ‘jig’ with Barb. We appreciated her patience. Phil was friendly and kind, knew what he was doing, and did a great job!

Phil was very prompt and friendly, but the method I chose didn't extract the dirt as I had hoped.
