very polite, honored quote, showed up early, finished in good time. BUT i said i needed a deep cleaning to draw out deep dust/dirt, high traffic areas & a few stains. I was told hey would choose best method of cleaning after inspecting carpets. he brought only an old oreck vacuum & a dry foam rotary brush cleaner. I am unfamiliar with dry foam results but figured he's the pro. after the carpets dried i realized they were only superficially clean. just below the surface stains & dirt/dust remained. I considered calling but decided to just do it myself with a rented a rug doctor from safeway. the water it extracted was very a dirty brown/black

We have a written guarantee and that is expressed to our customers upon completion of each job. If a job is not done to our cutomers satisfaction we ask to be informed as we will come back at NO charge and redo any or all areas that they feel were unsatisfactory. This customer chose not to contact us, therefore we were unable to fix the problem.

Friendly, came in went right to work, was done in an efficient amount of time and was on time to begin with. Told me exactly what was due and when I would get reminder calls. Price was great and will definitely use when moving out =)

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
