I was very impressed with Phil, Barb, and Deep Clean Carpet Care. They took time to explain to me the best choices for my carpet cleaning job and answered every question I had in a very thorough manner. Phil was on-time and was able to stay on the job longer than required due to some unforeseen delays that occurred (my fault). The carpets look great, thank you very much!!

Tech was on time; he was courteous and friendly; he was efficient; he did a good job. Only one suggestion for future work and that would be for tech to put down rug on the flooring adjacent to carpet being cleaned, as I have wood flooring and he got wet boot prints all over my wood flooring walking from room to room.

Prompt, good carpet cleaning, courteous people. Go ahead and go with the deodorizer though because the chemical foam has its' own odor.

Overall I was pretty satisfied. Disappointed that they did not clean closets after I had pulled everything out, but then I didn't check before they left either. The individual was very professional and courteous. I would use Deep Clean Carpet Care again.
Response from Company:
Customer did not inform us that she wanted the closets done. The techician will do them if the doors are open and ready to be cleaned. The technician does not normally open closets due to the fact that if the doors are closed, they are closed for a reason. It was just a misunderstanding on both parties and we will be more aware of the situation next time it comes up. Overall, the customer was pleased with our work.
