The cost was a little more than the others but the quality of workmanship and the materials are superior to the others. They did my roof the right way and had to fix the mess made of my roof by the last roofer cutting corners and costs I'm sure. You get what you pay for and when you want your roof to last 30 years because it was done the right way with superior materials this is the company you want to go with. I highly recommend this company. Oh and I have a 20 year guarantee in righting on top of it all.

Dennis is the owner of Dedication Roofing. He's been a roofer for 45 years and he knows his stuff!! He came to help us with 2 spots in our home that would leak when we had rain. He told me exactly what he thought was wrong in each case and he was correct both times. His roofing team came to our home twice and fixed both issues quickly and in a very professional manner. We have 3 stories above ground, so our roof is high. He gave us quotes and pricing on each project. The first on was more simple so he told us he would complete that for a reasonable price. The second project, he told us he was unsure what was causing the leak and that a basic fix would be around $5K, but he would have to wait and see what the problem was, it would be more than that. The fix was completed and cost less than he quoted to us. And everyone was safe and sound when it was completed! My husband is very picky about maintaining our home. It's large and getting older, but it's beautiful and well built. I would recommend Dennis for any and all roofing issues you may have. He's terrific and very knowledgable. This company, which is a family-owned operation, is run by a gentleman who had a large commercial roofing company for many years and his experience was noticeable. Our roof was a PVC flat roof and the company with whom he sourced the PVC had a 20-year warranty (which included the work). We had one small aesthetic issue when the job was done and they were happy to redo a small section with a minimal cost for extra tile. I also appreciated their cleanliness of the work site. I would recommend them again.

It turned out to be lots more expensive than we had planned, however, I believe this was very much needed and I was kept informed all along the course of the work.

This is a family-owned business with the owner Dennis working with his son Dennis and they were very attentive and delivered an emergency job at the end of a Saturday.

I hired these guys to do a shed roof project. Dennis came and met with me and we agreed on price. Which is nearly double what I could have spent with a Handyman, but I wanted it done right. Project was done in 1 day time for a 9x13 at the roof. They saw my shed height and my physical height(6ft5in) but apparently due to me not knowing to ask for the roof screws to be hidden I now have screws sticking through the roof ready to take a chunk of flesh from my head. I tried talking with them and was informed **there was nothing they could do about it**. I have a couple work around solutions that I have come up with, but that is not for me to do in my opinion. As they are the professionals they are to anticipate my needs before I know I need them as they know more about roofing then I do. So, here I am out a lot of money, and having to fix it without voiding my warranty. More money out of pocket. Deeply discouraged.
