My experience with Marco and Johnathan of deck rescue was great. Their finished work was great. The cleanup was good. They were very polite, on time and very affordable. Would definitely use them again.

Set up an appointment a week ago for this company to take an estimate of my deck cleaning and sealing. Got confirmation of this appointment. I took a half-day of vacation pay for being able to accommodate this appointment and this company did not show up. No call or no communication from this company. This is an unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Marko K. I'm so sorry to hear about this. I can honestly say i have no one with this name on my schedule. I would never schedule someone and just not show up, or at the least give them notice that i cant show up for any reason. If you never spoke to us, that is probably the reason why. if you still need me to stop by and discuss this project and hopefully give you a quote you are more than welcome to contact us at 4146001152. Also you don't have to take off work, i can always stop by take a look and email you a quote. Hopefully we can make this up for you as customer service has never been an issue for us. take care Carlos.
