They were efficient and respectful. They got the job done quickly and completely. They cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough in explaining how the new digital thermometer worked. They made sure to go over the basic operations of the furnace prior to leaving. I would definitely reckoned them to friends and family.

This company has been unresponsive to our reqiest for finishing the job they started.

we have bent over backwards to please this lady,she gave us a 5 star rating in august,my ex-salesman sold her a bathroom remodel job on the side and she is taking it out on us.her husband told me they loved our work and they were very pleased with the job.

They were good. I feel the guys worked very hard. I am happy with my Central Air Conditioning. The only thing I am not happy with is the fact that they damaged part of my door to my basement when they took down some of their supplies and I was not told about it. Also one of my pictures was broken when they were doing some work and I was told by my son first and then it was casually mentioned to me by one of the service men that it had been broken and he didn't even apoligize. He said it like it should have been expected.

Most of the work was done quickly but I had a hard time getting them to come back to finish the little things that needed to be done. Seems like they had too much on their plate.

These guys go out their way to help you out and advise you on all options of your project.. I would of never thought I run into a more courteous and hard working guys as these.. And these guys are very on time from start to finish and I had nothing to clean up afterwards
