DeMonia's Heating & Cooling

I can't say enough positive things about DeMonia's Heating and Cooling. Prompt, professional, knowledgable, explained everything from the pricing to maintaining my furnace. My 95% efficient furnace was very affordable, the men (Joe and Brandon) that installed it were on time, efficient, had it installed in the amount of time and that they said they would. Explained how the new furnace worked (what the lights meant on the electronic panel) right down to the filter size. I would especially recommend DeMonia's to any single woman that owns a home. No worries about being ripped off by high pressure sales people.

Bill and his team were great. Very reasonable price, good product and excellent follow through. Others seemed to complicate the process with too much analysis and technical speak. Bill was a straight shooter and delivered all they suggested.

Bottom line is that DeMonia's Heating & Cooling was most helpful in upgrading an old worn out home HVAC system to a modern forced air 95% efficient system. And WOW what a difference. Installers were on time and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Everything was expertly installed as agreed and on budget. Before the installers left, they insured I knew how to operate and maintain the newly installed a/c unit, furnace, humidifier and hepa filter. I wasn't someone taken for granted but treated like a valued customer whom they were willing to go the extra mile in completing the job in a single day. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

DeMonia's gave us a fair price which obviously was the determining factor in choosing them as our contractor. The reviews on Service Magic were also very helpful in making our choice. The installation was prompt and went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest, is that when making your proposal, you give more information to your customer about the air conditioner you are installing along with warranties and the service record of the unit. I realize you work with this on a daily basis and it may seem pretty basic knowledge, but to us as the customer we know little to nothing about air conditioners!

Bill came when he said that he would, He came exactly in on budget (while being the lowest estimate) the the exact penny while actually adding a pump so that there would not be drain hoses on my floor. He moved the furnace to a more convienent spot in my basement. Took out all of the duct work and put it all in the floor joist and finished when he said he would. His crew was extremely polite, completely cleaned up the entire mess and made sure that I was satisified before they left. I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism, quality of work, and just doing what they said and when they said. Five stars are not enough.

Great, competitive price. Arrived on-time and finished in good time same day. Cleaned up great. Air conditioning unit working well so far.

DeMonia's did an excellent job at installing a central a/c unit that enabled me to keep my existing furnace. They were professional, courteous, on time, and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary products.
