Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Very happy with David Jones Home Services, I happily recommend them, and will be using them for additional services. I contacted David Jones Home Services for Pre-DW inspection for new construction in Wake County. Billie Jo was professional, friendly, and responsive. She told me about the process and answered all my questions. A few days later, David and his son performed the inspection and produced a detailed report the same day! Although I am familiar with basic home maintenance, David identified potential issues that I NEVER would have spotted. Very thankful. I will be using them again for the final inspection and radon test. I will update this review accordingly.

Billie Jo was excellent, very fast and helpful with scheduling and answering any questions before and after the inspection. The prices are fair and they work with you through any issues that may arise throughout the process.
