While Daniel Parks repaired my chimney, as far as I could tell, as per their contractual obligation, they blocked the top of the leader pipe with concrete thus not allowing for drainage at the back of my house ahead of a hurricane. I spent the whole night baling water and averted serious flooding of my basement. We are still assessing the damage, not to mention the incredible stress that this has created for me and the residents of my house. They did come back and correct the situation and I was told my complaint was **legitimate**. For a roofer that claims 40 years of experience, I feel this is an egregious oversight. I did not even receive an apology

Daniel Parks Sr. is a retired structural engineer with a lifetime of experience. He and his son Dan Jr. were kind, courteous, honest and fair. They answered all my questions and gave me options for my home repair. Iâ m very satisfied with the solution we chose. I highly recommend them!!

From original estimate to final cleanup Dan Parks Roofing and siding has proven to be the very best provider we could have imagined. Understanding our concern for our house, which was built 95 years ago by my wifeâ  s grandfather, Dan and his crew did an extraordinary job. Danâ  s on site presence and supervision was constantly reassuring. I cannot imagine a better choice of service provider.
