Reliable and dependable. They give instructions to their staff and they follow. their hard working crew are very polite and knowledgeable.

I do not have a problem leaving them a 5-star rating for their salesmanship. But I will not, because I am not interested in their sales or marketing skills. I needed a good job at a fair price. Anyway, they gave me a quote for a complete power wash of the building, any repairs to loose points, and lastly, air sealing and weatherproofing. Also, to repair the roof as needed and apply a waterproofing coat. He completed the job and got paid ($10,800). After I checked his work, I noticed there were lots of places where the cracks were not closed. I called him, and he said he would come back and cover the areas that were not done. I am not sure if he came or not because I was not informed, but either way, he failed to address all my concerns. I have no idea what he did on the roof since I was not able to get up there to check. Judging by the quality of the rest of the work, I am pretty sure the designated tasks were not of high quality. I did not pay almost $11K to power wash and do some touch-ups. Whatever he did in this project cannot be more than $4-$5K. I felt I was scammed into overpaying. This is not fair; I got ripped off.

It was an extreme pleasure working with Daniel Parks roofing. They were very courteous and professional. They promptly returned my call and came out for an estimate. Along with the estimate, they sent pictures with a detailed explanation of all the work they would do. They also did the waterproofing of my chimney. The workmanship was exceptional. I am so pleased with both jobs. Everything was completed in two days. They cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend them.

They came on time. Used a drone to see the condition of the roof. Repaired the roof within the week.

Was charged, I strongly believe, an outrageous amount of money, for the job ($7500). The people performing the work were not professionals associated with this company but, instead, Mexican (possibly illegals) day laborers. Finally, the company insisted that I pay them directly for work performed instead of through. Very disappointed and dismayed of being taken advantaged of.

Reliable and dependable. Polite, hardworking crew. Professional. Went above and beyond on some things. Also did a great job of painting the outside of the house. Their work is guaranteed for a year or more.
