Dan and his crew did a beautiful job recovering my retaining wall. I have not seen one like it. It is so pretty. I am very pleased with Dan and his crew. They left the are spotless. Would use him again.

We hired Dan to build a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace. He suggested a log beetle-kill pine mantle, which he has a source for. The final results are truly breathtaking, and pictures really donâ t do it justice! Dan was very patient and flexible through many delays and issues not caused by him, but having to do with the original fireplace insert, which we ended up replacing. He was always prompt, with great communication. Dan is really an old-world craftsman, with old-world values, and we would recommend him highly, and plan to use him again. He is a man of many talents and interests, and he and his crew worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect, and that we were happy with everything, as picky as we were â lol! Danâ s many years of experience were evident, and his sense of design and the best way to do something was invaluable. Teller County is lucky to have such a talented craftsman.

Dan and his team took great care to make sure the job was completed exactly as designed. He provided quality materials, a great team and good ideas to make the finished job just as I dreamed it would be. The project turned out to have some unexpected extra work and Dan graciously included as part of the job. I noticed an attention to detail in measurements and he assured me the wall hight would be within hight limits. Well done Dan! Love the end result!

Dan and his crew are very professional and hard working, high quality of work and skill set. On time start and finish as stated in our agreement. We have future project s and plan to contact Dan first, We would recommend him to other people with out a doubt.

Dan was on time and performed the work in a timely manner. I contacted 7 different contractors that pretty much blew me off. I will hire him again for other work.

Quick response and friendly. It would have just been better if their work truck would not have leaked oil on our concrete driveway & if the crew would have picked up all the old concrete. The finished product was good.

Left the job half done. Repeatedly told me he would be back to finish up and didn't show up. Did not clean up after themselves. Dumped their left over stucco in my yard and left it. Was just told by my next door neighbor that his crew used foul language and verbally insulted me, them and the neighborhood while working on the project.

Did an excellent job, did it quickly,left the area neat when finished. Would recommend Dan for any similar work.

I hired Dan and his team to repair, repoint and mortar wash and stain our 118 year old brick house and they did a bang up job! People have been stopping by asking about what we did to make it look so great! Dan called me right away after my first contact, scheduled an appointment and showed up and on time! He has called me each day and showed up when he says he will. He has motivated, respectful, skilled workers who even work weekends. He and his crew are hard working and leave the jobsite cleaned up each night. Dan really cares about his work and respects my wishes—and I’m pretty picky! He is a very interesting person with a great personality and I trust him. I also now hired him for another big project including a flagstone patio on our second home. I wouldn’t have found Dan or our Architect without Home Advisor—and finding folks ready and willing to work, who actually show up, communicate with you, do a good job at a very fair price--is like finding a pot of gold these days! Even as stressful as home projects are, I very much enjoy working with Dan! (If I could add a photo of our project I would!)

I hired Daniel and the project start date was June on 2017. We had an overlay and color done on existing concrete, retaining wall with a patio, a concrete slab pour for a wood shed and additional concert work done on the deck post and the foundation around the house. It's now 9/8/17 and the repairs still remain unfinished. We're very disappointed with the quality of work done, but have learned a valuable lesson when it comes to trusting and hiring a concrete professional.
