One of the women had a car accident, so one showed up at 5:15, the next one at 6:00 and the third one, not at all. As they were getting ready to leave, Marina came to get me and show me the apartment. When we got to the kitchen, I just freaked out. She had taken a lot of the finish off the cabinets. After she left I realized she had taken it off down through the wood. I could not believe that someone that has the top rating as a cleaner would have done this.

IN THE PAST, WHEN MY WORKERS HAVE DAMAGED ANYTHING I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE ITEM REPLACED OR FIXED. But what this one time client is claiming that all cabinets were damaged when only ONE cabinet was was wiped. Her garbage cabinet. All the others we?re already clean. the client is unable to provide any pictures or proof of the cabinets that she says the paint has ?melted off? by wiping a cabinet with a wet rag, She does not want to provide pictures to prove anything and has no idea which cabinet one was even truly wipe. I called this woman many times to say I was running late because of traffic and she said it was OK until it was time to pay. We

Marina and her team are very professional, thorough, and responsive. Marina was very accommodating when I asked her to use specific cleaning products in our house. Her team did a fabulous job at cleaning every square inch of our house before we moved in and have been keeping it clean with weekly cleanings ever since!

She is multi-lingual and highly intelligent and professional, and she personally supervises the work that her team completes at the residence.
