DaBella - Portland (Windows)

Excellent , professional and pleasant.

When we purchased our home in June, we understood that the roof needed to be replaced. We invited Reve Exteriors to come out and give us a quote. We were very impressed. They did a thorough inspection above and below the roof. They explained what they had found in a way we could understand. Then they showed us their product. Their roofing system is far superior to any other product we have seen. They have gone above and beyond in engineering their roofing system. They even showed us a picture of a house with their roof on it that had been hit by a tornado, and while the windows and most of the house structure had failed, the roof remained intact. I cannot wait to see the finished product installed on our roof.

Two sales representatives from DaBella Exteriors LLC named Lance and Stephen came to my home in northeast Portland OR for an inspection, scheduled the day before during a neighborhood canvassing, of the 15-year old re-roof on the house and the detached garage. According to Lance's and Stephen's inspection, which agreed to the re-roofing records I was able to find dating back to 2001- when a new layer of 25-year rated roofing shingle over new 30 pound felt tar-paper, after the removal of two layers of old roofing shingles, while retaining one old roof layer, old tar-paper, and the old cedar shingle underlayment. Prior to the last re-roof in 2001 was an earlier re-roof in 1973 although details were missing. Lance and Stephen were both enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I learned about the details of a roofing system by GAF so well designed product-wise and process-wise that an extraordinary 50-year transferable warranty is offered upon passing inspection of the re-roofing job. This roof is hopefully the last one I'll need since it will be a complete roof tear-off with new plywood underlayment replacing the old cedar shingles from 1949 when this smaller house was built! Although I could have most likely obtained a lower cost quote for a complete roof job on this house, I believe I will be getting a good value by choosing DaBella Exteriors LLC for this job. My husband and I spent a very informative afternoon with Josh and Keenan as they explained thoroughly the advantages to their investment quality windows. They were very professional and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase the windows. After all the explanation and demonstrations, we are very excited about getting new windows. DaBella is a great family friendly company and we are pleased to become part of the DaBella family. We highly recommend them.

Chris and Ryan came to my home to give me an estimate for complete siding replacement. Being a widow, this was my first experience doing a major project on my own. I was so impressed by Chris and Ryan's knowledge of their superior product and what was needed to replace my siding. I had done my research and found that DaBella had one of the top ratings on most sites. Not knowing a lot about construction I'm sure some of my questions showed this lack of knowledge, but every question was answered completely and with respect. The fact that they do their own financing was a very positive factor in my decision, since I live on a fixed income. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. I am so looking forward to my house looking beautiful!

I am no pro at roofing. I have put on roofing including asphalt and slate. The lines of asphalt appear straight and they working like a assembly line working there way across properly. The valleys look great and edging not bad at all. So far they have been close to the time period of installing and only need a day or 2 to complete. The workers have been really nice and seem highly respective. I was able to give them ice for there cooler knowing it don't last long. The Sales people were not pushy and gave me extra time in the process. You don't want to force anything on me as that I do a lot of research before I hire anyone or purchase anything. So far everything seems great. This 50 year guarantee is still going to take 50 years before i can commit of it working that long. Todays roofing is to me a little on the thin side. The underlayment is different in that is a plastic like and seems to be very strong. Again that's going to take many years of weather beating before I can commit. Monty the sales man was awesome. Its nice to deal with him. No pressure, fun and answered all my questions without any avoidances. I was able to reach him to let him know they had started the project.t I am sure we will probably met soon again in that others in neighborhood are interested in there own roof. Being able to see some of the project being done was awesome. Hope they stick around for a long time. I think they may have got the right way of pleasing there customers.

We have only begun the process of re roofing. We met with the salesmen, Cody Hill and Josh Denison who were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to answered all our questions. We had a bad experience with a previous roofing contractor, thus the need for a new roof after 8 years, so we were very cautious. They inspected the roof and attic, and shared the pictures. We knew the roof needed attention but didn't realize how bad it really was. The installation is forth coming but so far the experience has been better than we expected. No high pressure sales from this team, just a promise that this time it really will be a quality roof that will last!

When I realized my roof needed replaced I was very skeptical and nervous to find a company. Brandon McCloud came to my house and made me very comfortable with my decision. He was very knowledgable and had no problem answering any questions that I had about he process. I would recommend Reve to any of my close friends and family

JR Thomas came over with Jacob on 07/30/2016 at 11 AM and gave us an assessment based on the shower we wanted to put in. They were both professional and courteous, not to mention funny and very knowledgeable. We look forward to seeing JR again on Tuesday and then to the new shower after that.
