Write a ReviewThis was our first time hiring to do a bathroom shower install and we are very pleased with the end result. Everything went smoothly from consult to install. The young man that did the install (Austin) was very thorough from start to finish. We thought they were a little pricey, but the quality of their product may be worth it. We weren't sure how to rate the value for money because this was our first time experience dealing with DaBella and hopefully they will stand behind their guarantees.
We just had our first consultation with DaBella and were pleasantly surprised by the honest and friendly employees Chris R & Jordan that we met. No high pressure sales for the first time in 50 years of dealing with sales people. Chris R & Jordan were very knowledgeable and polite. They were willing help us any way they could. They had answers for all our questions. It was really a pleasure doing business with them. We will be getting our new roof soon and will post another review when the job is finished.
Reve uses sub contractors, and I seriously question there end product ( install ) for what we paid, it looks horrific !! I feel confident REVE will make it right, just the frustration and stress is not cool !
Richard Macklin came to our home and did a full inspection of our roof. He was very professional and friendly. He discovered and showed us parts of our roof that are in major need of repair and replacement. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the best ways to go about not only fixing our roof, but also how to bring it up to code as well as make our home more energy efficient. He was able to answer and best explain all our questions. We are happy to say we decided to do business with Reve Exteriors and Richard.
Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
I couldn't have found a better company to work with, my roof is going in quickly, everyone I talked to was very friendly. Brandon and Jana were very reassuring and took the time to make sure I understood the decision I was making.
I met with the project manager Kent Shannon. He was very polite and professional. He is a great person to work with. Also he took his time to describe how good the roof will be.

Salesman said it should be done before Thanksgiving, wasn't done until before Christmas. I had to call the office twice to even get scheduled. Salesman also said the installer would discuss cleaning products and hang the shower curtain, no rings needed. Neither of those things happened. Salesman also said we would receive a $25 gift card to Fred Meyer and we never received that, either. Don't get me wrong, he was very nice, and so was the installer, but we never got what we were promised.
Steve Elliott the sales person who came to my house was very helpful and could answer any question I threw at him, I was really happy with the products as well as the financing options reve exteriors offered.
