Richard Macklin was a very knowledgeable sales rep. for this company and it was pleasant to work with him. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process extremely well. I was happy to sign a contract with this gentleman and I look forward to an excellent job on my new roof.

The sales representative, Brian was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.He gave us lots of information, was willing to work with us on the cost that would be affordable & explained the process. We contacted several different companies and nothing compared to what Reve Exteriors had to offer. The new roof will be installed in a few weeks. I will follow up with another review once the project has been completed.

The sales side of the experience wasn't perfect. They were a little pushy and the product was a bit pricey. The subcontractor who did the work was a joy. The crew was pleasant and professional and the project lead made sure everything was right. There was one item where the salesman appeared to misrepresent the situation, but the sub made it right. In a perfect world, I'd love to buy the product directly and hire the subcontractor.

Richard Macklin, gave us a very professional and concise sales pitch, he was personable and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of fixing up our particular house. I will add more to this account as the job progresses.

I was impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining everything, the thoroughness of the investigation, and the booklet they left behind. Also, they offered financing....without that , I wouldn't have been able to afford it. The quality of the roof is top-notch!

RIght from the first meeting with Brian Patterson I was impressed. HE was very personable and professional. TOok the time to explain everything in detail and educate us on the roofing system. We were informed as to what to expect and that is exactly what happened within 2 weeks we had our beautiful new roof. The workers were very friendly and did a remarkable job. They were in and out in 2 days. They cleaned up everything before they left. We were very please with the whole process. Brian phoned to follow up to make sure we were happy.
