They will be installing my new roof and gutters on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. The have been good about keeping me informed about the dates they can do the job. I will let you know about the completed job.
This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.
Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.
Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.

The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Thank goodness I have a kind neighbor who can fix the mess they left - big gaps in the overhang in the back, very shoddy. I showed it to the man who came to inspect the work, and called the installer and left a message. He has never returned that call.

Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. The day after the job was done a rep from DaBella called to say she was picking up the check. We told her we had a couple of issues we wanted to discuss with her when she arrived. She called back to say she was too busy to get the check and sent an office boy. We're still waiting to see if some of the shingles lay flat.

Did a wonderful job of explaining the project....what they would do and why. Even down to what we could expect of the actual work crew. They showed up to do the job even sooner than they anticipated. The worksite was left incredibly clean.
Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. The first man they sent to my house was very high pressure sales and would not give me a quote for what I wanted, which was siding. He was giving me a quote for the roof which he assumed I needed more (and would be more affordable for me). I didn't call him back, but the customer service called me about a month later to let me know they had some good siding specials and offered to send a different person out to my home. They sent Scott Harris, a young professional like myself who was easy going and easy to talk to. He got me a great deal on the siding of my dreams and there was no high pressure. He was at my house for a couple hours while I worked through my budget to make my decision and was very patient the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he saw me as a person and not as a "girl". After my first experience and after another experience with a different company, it was refreshing to be taken seriously as a well-educated person. Scott Harris is a wonderful individual to work with and when I do need a roof, I will go back to him to get one. If they had sent him out the first time, I would give the company a 5 star review. Although the work hasn't been done on my house yet, I presume that it will be of good quality, but will update my review if it's not. The work will be done around November of 2016.
