I would recommend Dennis to others, the quality of the work was great. The only thing I recommend is installing a timeline in the contract. I would hire Dennis for future jobs.

They demo'd and redrywalled a bedroom in a house we had just acquired. The work was completed on time and actually under budget. The quality of work was good and we were satisfied with the final product.

The drywall was repaired promptly amd looks very good. We were disappointed with the tile project that was never completed. Things kept coming up (items needed to install tile etc.)and he never responded to my inquiry for a new price quote once the tile type was changed.The store said it was a DIY project but we wanted it to look professional and not attempt it ourselves. He should have referred us to another source or rejected the project if he had doubts about completing it.

The tile job was not completed because after the bid, she changed the type of tile, I couldn't do it for that price. Also there was no doubts about doing it .if she would have asked for another source I would give her one DIY. for what she wanted to pay.

Dennis was great to work with from quote to job completion. Finished everything on schedule and on budget and went over and above on several details. Would highly recommend. Job was prep'ing and painting an extended 2 car garage.
