Hired DFS for my basement project, Dennis said it would be done in 5-6 workdays. He did not say he would spread that out over 3 weeks. First day they came at 9:30 and left at 1pm, apparently not having the right equipment with them. In the 3 weeks there were several of these days and days where they did not show up at all. I told Dennis just to let me know early if he would come or not as I had to wait to let him in. Did not do that and did not show up the next day. Finally talked to Dennis and thought we were good and had a planned date to finish. I scheduled a painter with an extra day margin but Dennis could not make it because nobody showed up again. Simple communication would have made me happy. Dennis ended up having to come back after painters to touch up various spots. After putting wall plates on outlets and switches, a gap could be seen at several of them because of poor drywall work. Ended up fixing that myself.

Dennis resuscitated my faith in contractors. He was diligent, fast, yet thorough and accommodating. He worked around my challenging schedule and got the job done. I would both recommend them and hire them again. GLR

DFS works quickly, once you get him there. His work is not perfect but darn close, I had to touch up a few things before painting, like a couple top pieces and 2 nail dents. He sweeps up, but it really needs vacuuming. I would hire him again cause his prices a very reasonable and well worth the job he did.

Dennis and his crew do excellent work. They worked fast as well. Our ceilings have never looked so nice. I recommend if you are on a schedule that you share that with Dennis so he understands your needs. We are planning to have them come back and do some more work when the other workers get done.

Dennis from DFS was very skilled. He looked at the job, returned the next day with everything he needed. He was polite and neat.

It was just a relief and a pleasure to hire a contractor with such a great level of integrity. The work was great, the communication was great! We are so happy to have our basement project done and done the right way!

Very impressed with overall experience. Dennis was always on time, did a professional job all the way around, and price was very reasonable. We have more projects we need done and they will be getting our business. Excellent.

Had a small project. He has $200 minimum and that is all he charged me. Was only here a couple hours over two days and the job was finished. Would recommend and hire again.
