Dennis and Joshua did an outstanding job on our basement! They honestly deserve a score higher than 5! Its very impressive when the other contractors working along side of them complimented thier work. Will surely use them for future jobs!

Dennis was very prompt when he gave a time he would be over. He was very patient with any questions we had and took the time to explain what he was doing. His pricing was excellent. Dennis was timely with the framing of our basement area the drywall looks great the price was fair, and the cleanup was perfect..!

Pros 1. Good price. Got quotes from 3 different contractors and his was the cheapest. 2. Gets a lot done in few hours. Worked about 6 to 7 hours and got a lot done. 3. Hard Worker. Will come on Saturday if work needs to be done. 4. Friendly / approachable - will build your trust. Improvement suggestions: 1. Quality and attention to details is average and could be improved. In my project, there were at least 3 areas where the measurement was not precise, and I had to make other arrangements, or fix it myself. Other minor drywall fixes that had to be fixed by another contractor. 2. Cleanup/Dumpster should be included in the project. Again, i had to make arrangements to cleanup and haul the trash away. 3. Stick to a time and deliver on your promise. When you tell a customer you will deliver something by X date, please stick to that date. Still awaiting a final sump pump cover that he was going to deliver Overall: Based on my experience, i highly recommend DFS for smaller / less complex projects. Advice for prospective clients: 1. Do not pay DFS the full payment until everything is complete. We reluctantly paid him the whole amount (b/c the "bank closes early on a Saturday") before the project was 100% complete. Said he would come on Monday, and only after a few accountability texts, he showed up on Wednesday. 2. Ask for receipts on any additional supplies bought by them for the project. There were some questionable charges, and in retrospect, I should've asked for a receipt.

Dennis is upfront and honest with your project. We were able to take advantage of mild weather and install windows and new drywall in an entire family room in 3 1/2 days. The snow is coming and we can paint our new room. I was unsure about a project this size during the winter but Dennis and crew were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly tell anyone looking for drywall contractors to give Dennis a call.

The first contractor I have ever worked with who came when scheduled. Followed-up on any questions, special requests promptly. His price was very reasonable and he was very flexible regarding my schedule. He vacuumed the area before he left and left everything clean. I have already talked to him about doing another job for me.
