The border of the fenced in patio in front of our condo was a tangle of weeds. We know we don't have the time or interest in gardening ourselves and needed professional help. We wanted to install drip sprinklers that we could set and forget, install all new plants in a way that would create additional privacy. We had a difficult time finding an organization that would work with us on such a small project. Nancy not only took the job, but offered a fair price. This was in 2019. Fast forward to this month and one of the sprinklers broke. They came in and fixed it within a day and did some trimming to the plants that had grown, again at a very fair price. We were so grateful that just this little bit of additional work was made a priority and saved our initial investment. I highly recommend working with them.

Nancy is the consummate professional. She is always punctual and a great communicator, whether phone, text, or email. Her team is well disciplined by her to work on their on if needed. Her pricing is honest and her materials are high quality. She knows EVERYTHING about soil, drainage, botany, lighting, irrigation , hardscapes, etc.etc. You get the picture. I recommend her highly for any of your landscape needs.

My project was done on schedule with all concerns quickly addressed and solved. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up each day. Once the job was complete there was follow up to make sure everything was going and growing as expected. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

I'm surprised this company is still listed as a recommendation. The manager, Nancy does not have an active License, but hires moonlighters to do the work after hours and on weekends. She kept increasing the price above the original estimate. She was bossy with the workers, and screamed at the Mexican irrigation team that they didn't move fast enough, telling them to learn the language or go home. Even the neighbors were surprised at her actions and how rude she was. Not happy with the services and how she treated the workers. Didn't understand the layout of the yard and what plants need light and where to place them. Would not use her again!

Nancy is a very good designer, very thorough, and knew exactly what I wanted in my landscape.

My front yard looks so good. Every time I drive up to our house I think why didn't I do this years ago! It is such a difficult yard shape, being at the end of a court with shared front yard. I had always thought it was just too difficult and just did not do anything. I am so glad I called Nancy! I like your design - the stipia grasses are mesmerizing to watch. I love its' wave motion in the breezes. The rocks and big boulders look so good and the lighting (love my little "fairy lights" and tree lights) looks great at night. All the choices we made (with all of your input) were very good and the work was done in a timely fashion in spite of the winter weather. Everything is performing very well and I'm now waiting for the crepe myrtle to bloom. Your follow-up advice regarding irrigation and fertilizing helped a great deal, as I was not able at the time to keep track of it all. All our friends (and even the workmen) who have come to our house have been effusive about our front yard! Our friends say "Wow, what a difference, looks so much better!

Most of the job was done on evenings and week-ends which means the workers are doing this as a second job.... But the biggest issue I have is that we were charged much more than what we had agreed on. Our stamped concrete was not good and even the landscaper agreed but she did not do anything to improve it. After the project was done, she never followed up like she said she would do, some plants died almost right away. When she kept asking for more money, we tried checking her license, only to find out she has lost it. Our mistake, we should have checked before.

It was very pleasant working with Nancy Broadway. She was creative and we worked well together.We asked Nancy to help us on the final layout of the plants & she showed us the proper way to break the flagstone. Overall the project turned out fine and I would rehire her again. Also I learned about several new species I had not used in the past.
