Upset with the experience I?ve had with this company unfortunately. Repair to my sliding door track was done following Ian. I spoke with Hannah who was working with the condominium association on repairs and she said they would be able to assist with the track repair as well. I never received a quote from Hannah on what the cost of the work would be prior to them going into do the work ( I live out of town) Now two years later I have received a bill for $1800.00 for the track work which Hannah apparently tried to bill the condominium association who sent me the bill. This is not good business and I think I?m being overly charged. I will say that the company did good work and that they are very courteous but now they are not responding to my phone calls regarding my concerns

Heather was prompt in getting my appointment set and accommodating when I had to move things around. They finished repairs in one day and I had a waterproof door once more!

The technician I had was very thorough and courteous. When he was all finished he showed me the bad parts. He also showed me how easy the door works now. Very pleased with the outcome.
