Mike called to confirm, was right on time, was great about only doing what was needed, and saved us from a future disaster-in-the-making without overcharging. He's very personable and helpful in finding solutions and offering advice (no extra charge!) for plumbing issues of all sorts.

Very professional. Called immediately after we went on line. He arrived within the time frame. Fixed our toilet with no problem. Best of all, he removed his shoes because we just installed new carpeting in our bedroom. Would definitely recommend this plumber and the service to friends and neighbor.

Michael Autuoro was extremely prompt and competent. He went out of his way to promptly fix additional problems due to old plumbing and plumbing fixtures. He also exhibited great communication skills. I would definitely use him again.
