We needed quick but important repairs done prior to entertaining for the holidays, and Mike was very responsive, attentive to our concerns and completed the work in a timely manner.

Mike, the owner, came out and repaired my garage door. Mike told me everything that was wrong with it and why it was operating poorly. He did a a real good tune-up on the door and everything that I asked to be done was done. He was reasonably priced as well.

We were very pleased with Custom Installers, Inc. The owner came out personally to give us a free estimate. He was very prompt, phoned us the same day that we put our request in on service magic. His estimate for the job was more than a fair price. The work was done two days after the estimate. Our antique iron drive gate is now working once again! And it looks great! A very nice experience all around and would highly recommend Mike and Custom Installers.

I was very pleased with the work. Instead of simply doing the obvious job, welding the security door hinge, Mike examined what happened that led to the hinge separating from the door and made suggestions on possible remedies. Mike was particularly mindful of the fact that my elderly mother would have to use the door and so any solution he provided was always with her in mind. After discussing several possibilities Mike and I agreed on the best possible solution which would leave both the inside door and security door easily useable by my mother. Mike was punctual, professional, courteous, and creative. He showed patience in answering questions and provided thorough answers. I would not have any problem recommending him to any of my family or friends.
