Custom Installers owner-Mike came to my house did not complete the job, the washing michine was not stable came back after one month overcharged me for the installation for the appliances he agreed upon previously and did not give me service receipt. He stated that "You have money pay up or I will break things in your house, this man held hammer in his hand threatening me hit me or destroy things in the house. No I am not happy at all.

orginal request was for one dishwasher to be installed that was installed incorrectly an was corrected by custom installers then trasnported to a second location that had a roach promblem that had to be installed that also had issues but custom installers did it at a fair price

We purchased a refrigerator and needed to connect the waterline so that we can use the water filter function on the refrigerator. We were contacted by Jim before any other contractor and decided to go with him since we were getting the delivery the same day and wanted to get everything over with together. They charged us $155.00 for the service. Later that day another contractor quoted the same project for $99.00. I got ripped off!!!
