They were professional to the point and I need them short notice. They found a crew that came out the next day. These guys completed the job, took pictures and were off the roof in less than an hour. Very polite! I paid on line immediately and my insurance was put back into effect after 3 months of trying to find a contractor to do the work for a REASONABLE cost.

We were disappointed by the roofers being late more than once to work on our roof (without calling or letting us know). They also had poor communication. They told us we needed fascia boards replaced on the roof due to rotting wood, proceeded to do everything except replace the fascia boards, and then never let us know about the change in plans. This left us thinking they did an incomplete project. They did however pick up every time we called, but never initiated communication. We are also happy with how our roof was repaired, just not happy with the communication or punctuality

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

We got multiple quotes and SWORD was the best (considering warranties and roofing material being used). The process for both financing and project were simple and quick. Not only the workmanship but the setup and cleaning phase were also impressive. I can easily recommend SWORD for all your roofing needs. Eric proved that customer service is not dead. He helped me fight my insurance company for MONTHS before they finally admitted there was wind damage. The installation crew was like a well oiled machine and the foremen were polite and professional. Great job from start to finish.
