I highly recommend Jesus and his Crystal Clear Pool Service. I had a major job of re-plastering my pool (large diving pool); replacing the tile; fixing the coping; repairing a crack with five staples; and replacing the masking. The pool now looks better than ever. The crew that came out were very knowledgeable and understood the issues I was having with a prior re-plaster. They explained everything in detail and how they would fix it all, and follow-up after the pool was full (and they have followed up). The workers were constantly working and putting in at least 10 hours per day. They also paid a lot of attention to detail. The total cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work. I hired Jesus and Crystal Clear pools to do the future maintenance and sustainment of my pool.

I HIGHLY recommend Jesus and his crew with Crystal Clear! We contacted 3 pool services for estimates on replastering and retiling our pool. Jesus came out to give us an estimate the next business day. We waited several days after Jesus came out to see if the other companies' estimates were better, but they never even replied to our inquiry. I started asking for estimates on Friday, March 8; Jesus came out on Monday, March 11 and gave us an estimate. Since we never heard from the other companies, we hired Jesus on Wednesday, March 13. His crew started the work on Tuesday, March 19 and our pool was finished on March 21! (And we still haven't heard from the other companies for an estimate!) The communication was always above expectation and we were not hit with any surprise charges. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it! He is also going to be doing our weekly pool maintenance because he has proven his professionalism, reliability and competancy!

Very responsive. Explain thoroughly what you need. Keep their word. They told me they would have my pool clean and ready to swim in a few days. It a barely day two and they are making it happen.
