They worked within my budget and went above and beyond to get the job done within hours of agreeing on terms. They showed up and finished the job before I even knew they had arrived. They've earned my future business!

Mr Luna tried to scam my 95 year old father. They agreed that he would remove a dying pecan tree for $1400. This price did not include haul way or stump grinding. On the day he did the work he magically increased the price to $4500 and was demanding payment in cash from my elderly father. He called me in a panic and since I have been his POA since 2015, he had to be paid by me. Mr Luna was shocked that I refused to pay him the new total, and after a heated discussion and a threat to call the police, he accepted the original fee. This company is not honest and is preying on old people. I have discovered that they have previously been caught scamming other elderly customers. Don?t use them unless you get the estimate in writing and don?t let them work with your elderly loved ones.

Mr. Cristian Luna and his crew did everything he promised, as per our handshake. They did a very impressive job and in a timely manner. His Team trimmed 5 trees and removed 2. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed throughout. My lawn was cleaned up and no debris left behind. Mr. Luna even took care of an esperanza bush for me! I would highly recommend him!

I was gathering estimates for demossing and tree trimming, and Cristian Luna came over and started with an $1800 price. After I asked him to send me his reduced price to my email, which was $1200, as I recall, he did come down from that to $900. He seemed like he really needed the work. I did have other quotes through Angi, and Cristian Luna tree service was not the lowest quote at the time. The lowest quote I had received so far was $750. Again, since he seemed to really need the work, I gave him the job. He wanted to go for lunch before starting and then returned at 1:30 p.m.. However, I was not expecting to have the tree work performed the same day, and I needed to run an errand. I let him know this and we agreed that I should be back by 4:30. I did not expect him to be complete by the time he returned. Another contractor had said this work would take his team all day. Since I was just pulling up to the driveway at 4:27 p.m., I saw that Cristian Luna and his other two co-workers were waiting in their truck, and so not to take too much of their time, I quickly looked around and went to the back to ensure that a particularly mossed branch we discussed had been cut, and it had. So, I quickly paid Mr. Luna. After he left, my family was starting to gather in the backyard, and we got a better look at the work that had been performed. While there had been considerable trimming, there are so many branches both in the front and the back that are still laden with ball moss. It is remarkable how much was left. I did call Cristian Luna about this situation, and he said he would return, but it has been going on a month now, which leaves me to believe that he is not intending to return at all. I paid $900 for 3 hours of work...I do not even make that kind of money. Therefore, it is a scam that he has wasted my time and left me with demossing work that needs to be done. Since one of these trees is estimated to be about 175 years old, I try my best to keep it healthy by keeping it demossed. Again, I do not believe Cristian's team did any demossing...just cutting. This is not a game, but I believe I have been played.

Mr Luna and his team did an excellent job. They trimmed the trees, protected the bare spots, and cleaned up after. I would hire them again.
