We had a rental property that needed foundation wall stabilization, basement slab repair/partial replacement and garage floor replacement. Very reasonably priced, and accepting to change orders. With all the changes throughout the project, still came in at bid price. Very customer service oriented.

The review asks if I would recommend Cravis Homes, LLC. The answer is YES, and I have already done that to my neighbors who saw the work being done. Highlights of my experience: 1) contractor, Brian Crane, stayed in touch from estimate to work start. 2) assurances were given and all questions were answered completely and honestly. 3) he is very confident in his crew. And at the end of the day, that confidence is well deserved. 4) every night the area was left orderly and no trash ever (6 days so far) 5) most importantly, Brian is not just a contractor, he is a problem solver.

They donâ t take credit cards. And the final price was about 20% higher than quote and I would have liked to be told when problems incurred were going to add to cost so I was prepared for the final bill.

During a remodel Brianâ s team kept me informed of project status and when problems occurred they immediately notified me and asked me what I wanted done. They explained options first. Very easy to work with.

Project: removed and installed a very steep driveway. Took a long time to get the work scheduled, but when they did arrive work was done well, the crew was courteous and hardworking.
