Cortez A1 Remodeling completed a front hall coat closet renovation for me that involved stripping wallpaper, removing stipple from the closet ceiling and sanding, priming, and painting, replacing an MDF shelf with red oak and mitre cutting PVC baseboards for the closet. Francisco and his dad, a master carpenter, also took care of the fine details for a staircase remodel, adding end pieces for unfinished edges. Cortez A1 Remodeling was on time, communicated well, and competent. I have other house projects requiring plumbing and electrical work. Since this company did an excellent job on these initial projects, I hope to have them as my “go to” resource for future projects.

Francisco helped me with the demo of a bathroom - removing and replacing subfloor, removal of old tub (cast iron), removal of header over the shower, and placing the new tub. He and his brother did an awesome job! They had the tub and header out in less than an hour! We'll be hiring them again for sure.

Francisco was excellent in getting back to me and communicating through the project. He was prompt for each appointment and completed every project I had for him in a timely fashion. I will absolutely hire him again. Projects: replace garbage disposal, mount 2 cabinets, fix a broken exterior step, repair damaged privacy fence.
