I have never worked with a company that has put so much emphasis on customer service. They were very response to all of my questions, and made it a point to follow up if they were not available in a timely manner. They also seem to care about my dog's well being and wanted to make sure she was adjusting and not having any problems. After the installation, they followed up with a call and even called back because I thought she was getting a correction too far out. They really know there product and work with you to make sure they find the best fit for your dog. We have a Husky/Alaskan Malamute mix and we were concerned about her powering through the correction. Despite my concerns she has done wonderful with the system and did cross over once, but has not done it since, which is exactly what they said she would do if she wanted to go. over the boundary. This has given our dog the room to run in our yard and us the peace of mind to know she will not get out.

They are coming out to move the fence for me free of charge. There is one thing I mentioned I would like to change and they offered to change it for me. They have been wonderful.
