The technician was HIGHLY conscientious of my time and was above and beyond respectful. He took the time to explain things, pause and ask for questions and was emotionally intelligent in speaking to the needs of our pups. He has fast, yet took the time to prep and train my dogs in a gentle manner. The company did a great job of ensuing we were ready for the visit. They took time to explain the process and were highly knowledgeable in answering my questions, never bashing their competition, rather speaking to the differences and noting that I would make the best decision for our family in understanding features and benefits from our own perspective. And let's say they were FAST in working us into the schedule and completing the work. Now, we've only had it in for a matter of days, but so far, I am impressed.

The crew at Dog Guard were very quick to respond to my inquiry. I had all of the information that I needed and the fence installed in less than a week. The install and training went smooth and they were quick to follow up to ensure that we had all of questions answered and that the dogs were adjusting well. I would definitely recommend!!
