Great company to work with -- they responded immediately to my request for information and they shared all details very clearly. Installation was done a week later on the date I'd requested and everything that was promised was delivered. They followed up after to make sure things were going well. I'd highly recommend this company!

Very helpful before, during, and after install. My only regret is that I didn't spend the money years ago...it's been so worth it. I love being able to let my dog run around the yard and not have him find yet another way to sneak out! Everyone I spoke with was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Money well spent! They deliver all that they promise and more. In less than 3 hours, my seven dogs are now safe and have 2 acres of freedom. I can't believe I waited so long to have this installed. LOVE IT.

Installed too shallow in places (above ground) and trench left open the full length and I had to close because installer had to get to another appointment. He said trench was open because muddy. Installer wanted me to pay without showing me what he had done and was very irritated I insisted on checking it all out before paying the $1400.00 for 1.5 hours work. Very unprofessional. Dog Guard is an excellent brand and I have had their product installed before at other locations and have no complaints at all about those systems or installations. I will never have this installer do another job for me.

We had a lightening strike that fried the electrical box and receiver for the dog fence. The company we used a couple of years ago went out of business. I found Dog Guard on Home Advisor and so glad we did. Matt the installer was so professional and explained every aspect to us. Annie was used to the other fence so even without her collar, she knew her boundaries. Matt put the collar on her and walked around and soon as she felt the signal she backed off and knew the fence was working again. Love our Dog Guard fence, at 80 years old, peace of mind gives us a better quality of life. Thanks Steve and Matt from your honesty and professionalism from start to finish.
