Dog Guard was wonderful to work with. They were able to get us scheduled right away and do the installation within one week. They followed up with us to make sure things were going well and assured us we will be able to contact them if any future assistance is needed!

We were referred to Dog Guard by our neighbors John and Sue Grieder. They have a very active dog and they are very happy with Dog Guard. I contacted them and got their estimate and set up an install date. They stayed in constant contact with us through the install and have checked in with us weekly still. We are completely satisfied with how it works, the training and customer service, you won't find this in a business in a big city for sure. Shilo is now completely comfortable with the setup and we are comfortable she is not leaving the property. We would highly recommend Dog Guard for your dog.

If you are looking for the most bang for your buck. They had our installation scheduled in less than a week and were $1000 dollars less than their competitor!!! Response time for any and all questions has been less that 24 hours, and my dogs understood their boundaries the day it was installed. My only regret is that I did not purchase this years ago!!!!

The service and staff were great. They took time to work with Buster so he was aware of the fence. I would recommend Dog Guard for any pet.

Great service , from the call on the information, all the way to the training of my dog!!!!! The guy( sorry forgot his name) who called me back to give me information was very knowledgeable. Best part was he did quote on phone, the other companies I talked to had to come out and were much more expensive. The two guys who came out really knew what they were doing and very friendly and easy to work with on how I wanted it done. They made sure I knew everything I needed to know and explain everything very well. I got two follow up calls to make sure everything was working and to make sure I didn't have any problems. This company takes pride in what they do, you don't see that very much anymore, There is NO reason to look anywhere else if you are looking for a electronic pet fence. I checked several companies and it is not even close Dog Guard is by far the best!!!!!!!

This company has been great to work with! They were quick to get us scheduled and they trained our puppy very fast! So far, so good & she is learning to stay away from the flags really quickly & install was yesterday. I appreciate the lifetime guarantee on the equipment & if there are any problems with her going through the fence they will come out & retrain. Thank you Dog Guard!
